Currently, in Houston, where I have the majority of my sales, homes are on the market for less than 20 days, which is primarily the result of the extraordinary energy boom in Texas. The population of Texas is increasing by about 1,200 people per day and the job market in Houston is exceptional. For these reasons and more, I have several overseas clients who are interested in Houston residential property as an investment.
