When Paul Nguyen established CITY LIVN on the heels of his 2015 success with KW Metropolitan, cementing his brand through his listings taken and sold from May through September, he set the groundwork for longevity in residential sales. As a Member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and a Certified Negotiation Expert, Paul set forth a vision of excellence beyond real estate, which he combined with the 10+ years of sales experience from co-founder, Matthew Flores. After both men became Certified Negotiation Experts, they formed CITY LIVN in early Fall of 2015 and redefined real estate success through cutting edge technology, data-driven marketing, diversified clientele, and an ambitious goal-setting mindset. This decision led to an impressive $21M in sold volume for 2016.
